Real Simple Vegan Chilli

  • Yves Fake Meat Crumbles
  • Black Beans
  • Half Onion
  • Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Kale
  • Garlic
  • Tbsp Cumin Seed
  • Cup of V8 
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp -Vietnamese Chili Spice
  • 2 tbsp - Tamari
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • Chili Powder to taste.
  • Seriously use any veggies you want and by all means all spices are to your taste buds. Just put this all in a pot and bring to a simmer. If so inclined use a crock pot. Use what ever veggies are available. Tempeh would also work well here. I suggest putting Kale, spring onions in closer to the end. I may have missed something here because this is from my clean out the refrigerator collection.
