Real Simple Vegan Chilli
- Yves Fake Meat Crumbles
- Black Beans
- Half Onion
- Can of Diced Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Kale
- Garlic
- Tbsp Cumin Seed
- Cup of V8
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp -Vietnamese Chili Spice
- 2 tbsp - Tamari
- 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
- Chili Powder to taste.
- Seriously use any veggies you want and by all means all spices are to your taste buds. Just put this all in a pot and bring to a simmer. If so inclined use a crock pot. Use what ever veggies are available. Tempeh would also work well here. I suggest putting Kale, spring onions in closer to the end. I may have missed something here because this is from my clean out the refrigerator collection.
